Account Registration

New User has to first create account by signup form. All fields are mandatory, so user must ensure that email id and phone number must be correct to recover account. After Filling the form click on submit button and your account is created.

Account Login

After Successful account creation User has to Login into application. Once you logged In you will be redirected to your dashboard.

If user forget his password then user click on link “I cannot access my account” to recover password.


This is the user dashboard where your manage

  1. Submit any New Grievance to Admin
  2. Track the status of Grievance whether it has been accepted or not.
  3. Manage own profile
  4. Update password

New Grievance Step 1

Submission of New Grievance is a 3 step process.

In First Step user has to select state first, then Select FM Channel for which user wants to submit grievance.

Then user has to select date and time, date and time should be same as per the recording user is submitting, Its not current date and time.

After that click next for second Step.

New Grievance Step 2

In Step 2 User has to type the subject and description related to grievance.

Upload the recording, then click on Next. User can go back also if wants to edit something.

After clicking Next button User will Navigate to next step.

New Grievance Step 3

In step 3 user can view its submission before final submit.

If user wants to edit then user has to click on back button.

Track Grievance

By clicking on track grievance tab on dashboard, user will land on listing page where all his submitted grievance is listed.

View Grievance Detail

When user will click on any listing then detail page will open which will show the submitted grievance and its status (accepted/rejected)
